Wavelength Inspire December: What Makes A High Performing Organisation?
with Adrian Simpson, Co-founder and Chief Connector, Wavelength
Since 2008, Wavelength have taken leaders inside the world’s most iconic organisations and hosted in depth sessions with CEOs, former Prime Ministers and Nobel prize-winning laureates.
Through their lens we’ve observed the defining elements of success and excellence in innovation, culture, service and leadership. This session will distil the lessons learned.
Adrian has spent much of his career visiting the boardrooms and shop floors of some of the worlds most admired, successful and innovative organisations.
In the last decade, Adrian has visited Silicon Valley titans including Apple, Airbnb, Tesla and Netflix, iconic service organisations such as Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and Southwest Airlines, Chinese powerhouses including the likes of Alibaba and Xiaomi, famous European brands such as Lego and Pret a Manger, and India’s famous Aravind Eye Care System.
He toured the first Apple Store with the legendary designer Jonathan Ive, engaged Al Gore to speak on sustainability, has interviewed numerous CEO’s and thought leaders in person as well as for our podcast, and has taken hundreds of leaders inside leading organisations in Silicon Valley, China, Israel, India, and throughout Europe. These include BBC, Dyson and Tesco’s executive boards.
A true storyteller at heart, he brings to life how such organisations remain at the forefront and how truly authentic leaders lead.
