Wavelength's Upcoming Webinar
‘The Future of Business Needs to be More Diverse”
A Masterclass with Jude Kelly CBE, Founder & Director of The WOW Foundation.
The impact of Covid-19 has been disproportionately negative for women across the board, from increased domestic labour and childcare to the challenges of accessing support or escape from domestic abuse under lockdown. What does this mean in the long term? What can businesses do to keep their foot on the gas when it comes to gender equality?
Jude will talk about why it’s more important than ever for businesses to create diverse and inclusive workforces and how that can in turn drive creativity and productivity. She will share why leaders need to take personal responsibility to ensure that change is made within organisations and not just handed to the ‘D&I team’.
Jude Kelly CBE, Former Artistic Director of Southbank Centre, Founder and Director of The WOW Foundation. The WOW Foundation is a charity and global movement that runs WOW - Women of the World festivals and events across the world; celebrating women and girls, and taking a frank look at the obstacles they face and discussing solutions together. She also recently founded SmartPurse, which aims to revolutionise the way money gets discussed and planned by women – empowering more women to take control of their own financial security.
