Professor Linda Yueh can share the macro-economic and geo-political insights for both the short and long-term. Professor Yueh is Fellow in Economics, St Edmund Hall, Oxford University and Adjunct Professor of Economics, London Business School. She is a Non-Executive Director on a number of publicly listed companies on the London Stock Exchange including Rentokil Initial plc, SEGRO plc and Standard Chartered plc. She is also Chair of Baillie Gifford’s The Schiehallion Fund Ltd., which invests in lower stage private growth companies.
She is a widely published author and her latest book is ‘The Great Crashes: Lessons from Global Meltdowns and How to Prevent Them,’ selected as the Best New Economics Books by the Financial Times, Her previous book, ‘The Great Economists: How Their Ideas Can Help Us Today,’ was selected as one of The Times’ Best Business Books of the Year and Newsweek’s Best Books of the Year.
