Adrian Walcott is a renowned culture and inclusion speaker, who also talks about purpose and reputation.

He is the founder of Brands with Values, a culture tech platform which blends research and science to support CEO’s, CMO’s, CPO’s and Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officers of organisations around the world. By helping leaders to understand and track the fundamentals of their culture, they can successfully drive performance.

His company partners with leading publishers, professional bodies and associations including The Lawyer, Management Today, Campaign Magazine & The CBI to provide Benchmarks on Culture across multiple industries. Clients include start-ups to the FTSE100.

Adrian’s experience is an accumulation of over 20 years working for brands including Barclays, Eurostar, Nestle and Unilever within senior marketing leadership roles. Having studied Politics & Economics at University of London, Goldsmiths College, Adrian started his career by relocating to West Africa to join the WPP Group in advertising before returning to the UK to continue his stellar journey.

Adrian is also a Co-Founder of No Turning Back 2020 which focuses on encouraging more people from diverse ethnic backgrounds into the marketing, media and communications sector and an Independent Board Advisor at:​
