Wavelength's application, thinking and diversity of learning from leaders was transformative. Our peer group on the USA programme was first class and relationships were built across the globe. The application of what we learnt at an executive and board level was invaluable.
For me, the most significant impact has been a personal one. I have never felt more inspired by the experience and many have observed a huge lift in my confidence and leadership presence.
The USA programme worked extremely well and gave my team and I a great opportunity to connect with many entrepreneurs, businesses and ideas. We now approach innovation differently at Tesco from both an organisational and cultural perspective.
Adrian worked with us to deliver a virtual session covering the traits of high performing businesses and lessons from the Wavelength 10 with a group of our senior leaders and talent from 20 countries.
The content is like nothing else - I've never worked with a presenter that has so many brilliant stories and examples from a who's who of the world's best businesses. Our people came away inspired and privileged in equal measure to have got so much insight from so many iconic brands.
The delivery also worked fantastically well and transferred seamlessly from stage to online (using our own internal virtual classroom platform via Google). The slides and content bring the whole thing to life and Adrian's passion and engagement get people hooked. If anything, the virtual setting works even better as it feels more intimate and enables people to engage and debate rather than just watch - which is perfect for this subject.
An awesome session, delivered flawlessly in the virtual setting by an absolute rock star of leadership development.
Adrian really engaged and inspired our leaders. Along with the support he has provided through Connect and Wavelength USA this has moved on our thinking about leadership and purpose massively. He did a tremendous job at bringing together lessons from a really broad range of highly successful leaders. The blend of examples and stories helps people to absorb the ideas and think about application. And the session was also really entertaining!
Adrian managed to engage the entire team spellbound for about 90 minutes with fascinating case studies from Silicon Valley, Asia, Europe and other markets. His stories are awesome, his insights fascinating and his presentation very energetic. He helped us to connect the dots between banking to biotech to robotics to space, and took us on a roller-coaster ride through different industries and countries. I would highly recommend Adrian as a motivational speaker at corporate meetings, customer presentations and strategy offsites – he is guaranteed to send pulses racing and get ideas bubbling!
Adrian will inspire your colleagues, ignite your organisation and instil a sense of urgency and transformation. He has his finger on the pulse of the world’s best organisations and he will get you very close to their beating hearts!
Adrian’s presentation to my top team was truly excellent. He speaks with such authority, gravitas and insight about the key issues in leadership and business - service, innovation, disruption and resilience. The leadership team at Metro Bank are very busy people - so if we give up our time to listen to an outside speaker it better be good. And Adrian was very good indeed.
Adrian - You are indeed the biggest champion and understand what we are doing more than many others in the company. You live it and breath it. To now make the knowledge available to many others, and hopefully create the momentum for biggest change is a very noble cause. Thanks for doing that. Purpose is indeed closely linked to wellness and not many people see this yet. Again you are a pioneer here. You will enjoy the challenges and opportunities and you are well prepared for it. We will see each other still but already thanks for all you have done for this great institution. We will benefit from it for years to come.
Thanks for yesterday Geoff - extremely powerful content and delivery, which made a great impact on the team. Afterwards, I was struck by how many people were openly discussing the strains in their own life and the overall absence of cynicism about the event - both of which are a big departure from the norm and a proof point of the difference you are making in the world.
You managed to do that difficult thing of getting people to think more broadly about their profession, sharing fresh thinking from other companies and weaving this into a stimulating and entertaining narrative – great result!
An invaluable opportunity to broaden your horizons, learn, build new global networks and to understand and challenge established perspectives.
The USA programme was a real eye-opener - a wake-up call to inspire a traditionalist to get on the bus - or be run over. Disruption is now firmly on our agenda.
Connecting with fellow leaders from corporate, charities and government authorities was an enriching experience. Wavelength Connect has awoken my consciousness on how I can make a difference in the world.
I have done the MBA, I have done the business school courses but Connect is in a league of its own. A truly powerful programme which has made me think differently about my leadership and my business.
Connect helped me navigate a time of profound change - for my industry, my company and for myself. It could not have come at a better time, and proved to be a real anchor and inspiration in a time of immense uncertainty.
Connecting with fellow leaders from corporates, charities and government authorities was an enriching experience. Wavelength has awoken my consciousness on how I can make a difference in the world.
Think you don’t have time to take a week out of your busy diary for the Wavelength USA experience? I did. Think again, this is truly a remarkable experience that left me with a long list of insights, practical tips and emerging business and technology themes where I need to probe deeper. Even better, I met a range of peers from different industries and countries who really challenged my thinking. Outstanding.
We couldn’t have asked for a better concept. The speakers have been of the highest calibre and quality, the discussions are powerful, rich and thought-provoking and one of the added bonuses has been the variety of other
organisations going through the experience and the chance to share in our own breakouts.
My experience with Wavelength USA was incredibly thought provoking and engaging. I did not appreciate until I returned how the attention to detail on every aspect of our experiential learning journey was carefully orchestrated to allow me to fully immerse myself in the experience and not sweat the details - it was like having a concierge on my journey to the future. Bravo - highly recommend.
The Wavelength USA experience was second to none. I was inspired to challenge the status quo by witnessing first hand organizations and leaders that were fearless about being disruptive, innovative and forward thinking while preserving their core. A brilliant journey.
Every time I work with the SpeakersHub team, I'm blown away by the quality of people on their roster and the access they have to a who's-who of innovative, provocative and leading edge thinkers and leaders. If you want to build knowledge and get insight from people who are at the very top of the latest thinking and leaders in their field then Sarah and the team are the people to talk to.
The ability to hear world-class leaders share their honest and insightful stories and interact with other likeminded leaders on Wavelength webinars is a unique and powerful way to equip yourself with the knowledge to lead effectively through challenging times.
Innovation is what we, as a company, pride ourselves on. Our ability to think differently is what keeps us ahead, so going into the trip that’s what I was looking for. A new perspective. And I got it. The programme’s unique structure gives us genuinely immersive experiences inside a broad spectrum of extraordinary companies. We witness first-hand how the best-of-the-best operate around, for example, product development, customer experience or people and culture. The focus is on interpretation of principles over execution, in order to stimulate fresh thinking that can begin to shift the dial from the very first day we return to HQ. If you’re not operating from the outside in, you become very isolated in your thinking. Looking at companies that have absolutely nothing to do with what you’re doing day to day helps to make that mindset shift.
Wavelength is a leadership programme with a difference – immersive, thought-provoking, inspiring and challenging. If you want a completely different learning experience, away from the traditional classroom – this is for you. Whether in a yurt deep in the countryside or touring around the country to look ‘behind the brand’ to learn from some of the most innovative and exciting brands, there is something to learn for everyone. Personally, it gave me inspiration and time to reflect on my leadership purpose; to consider the impact and outcome of each decision I am taking; to cut through the task list and really think about the value I am bringing to each interaction.
The best organisation I have ever visited. It is already having a profound effect on how we scale our impact and transform young people’s lives.
The Wavelength programme was an incredible in-depth journey into one of the most incredible organisations on this planet. A no-holds barred experience where you could get to the heart of how the miracle of Aravind truly works. Frank and open debate with astonishing honesty from everyone involved. This experience is a life-changing opportunity that makes you really think about what you and your company are doing and why. Simply don’t miss this. This is the one.
The Wavelength trip was a life-altering adventure filled with learning, new friendships and profound business insights.
Aravind is an inspirational example of how to do good business and do good at the same time. This trip is built in that image, feeding your brain and your soul in equal measure. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The impact will
stay with you for years!
The Wavelength USA experience is truly remarkable; opening doors to incredible speakers, great thought leaders and a superb network of connections. It’s an experience that brings insight and thought-provoking exposure to the latest technologies both in the market and under development. The experience and interaction with top level, business-driven executives really encourages delegates to embrace innovation, challenge their own business model in the face of disruptive technologies and fundamentally assess the way they think about business. An extraordinarily well managed programme that hit the mark in many ways.
Inspire makes you lift your head, look out, and consider what the future holds. Learning from international leaders challenges usual thinking patterns and stimulates you to consider what is the art of the possible for your own organisation.
For our participants, Inspire has become like a ‘cultural book club’ – every month our participants dial into the sessions from inspiring speakers, and then come together to discuss, reflect and think about application.

Adrian in his energetic way opened our minds to the emerging technology that will have a tremendous impact on how businesses will evolve. His ability to compress the big picture and make it real as well as relevant definitely woke up the leadership. Adrian’s convincing and engaging manner certainly got us thinking! Thank you Adrian for coming all the way to share your wisdom and get us thinking.
Adrian's session was extremely thought provoking and enabled great debate, providing us the opportunity to step back and think about how we can address the challenges that are being seen across the talent landscape and shift in people’s behaviours since the pandemic. Adrians's ability to navigate all the different external perspectives across multiple industries, whilst making it relevant to our sector was brilliant.
Adrian provided a passionate and engaging session bringing to life his many years seeing first hand Service Excellence best practice around the world. Leveraging his wealth of connections and experiences he has built a robust model of what it takes to be excellent and he shares his views using tangible examples from a wide set of organizations. He delivered this session expertly over Zoom keeping the audience engaged and stimulated which is no mean feat! Happy to recommend him.
Adrian was one of the best speakers we have had at our staff leadership conference. He absolutely knocked it out the park and stimulated thinking and action on what makes a high performing organisation. Would definitely recommend him to any organisation wanting to stretch their thinking.
Thank you for the brilliant session you delivered. We have received extremely positive feedback and it was a key contribution to the success of the two days. Both content and delivery were truly excellent, congratulations!
I must tell you how inspiring the guest speaker – Stuart Tootal was, even though I was on dial in his passion, dedication and responsibility for his men was crystal clear. He is the true definition of a leader and how fortunate we are to have him work for our company.
Suffice to say the overwhelming view is that your slots were fantastic, inspiring, eye-opening, to mention just a few of the superlatives. You really delivered in a most engaging and professional way, having taken care to understand our franchise structure.
Thanks for last nights talk - it really was the best client orientated event that we have run - the response has been excellent.
You are a true role model for what success looks like inside and outside of the firm. You brought a unique perspective that we don’t often get to hear - of the resourcefulness, talent and peer network that entrepreneurship demands. The impact you are having on your community, and the world, through Olio is truly inspiring and we wish you all the success. Your genuine candour and perspective this morning were appreciated by all of us on the call.
I really enjoyed the session, and found the content very relevant. Sophie’s style was really engaging.
I thought it was very good; well presented; useful; good format. I thought Sophie was really good and clearly has a lot of very useful experience. The business case bit was clever… and so true!
I thought the seminar was good and good to hear from someone who has been responsible for delivering change and how it affects groups. The topic was relevant and gave some good insights into the management of change and the impacts.
Without a doubt, Steve Cadigan is my #1 go-to for all things HR. While I was scalingTwitter, Steve was a great partner for vigorous discussions around strategy, priorities and emergency response! He takes a machete to the noise and gets right to the heart of the issue. What I found most redeeming (and unique) was Steve really held the philosophy that all business decisions are people decisions. He is wholly convinced that people are your greatest competitive advantage, and knows you build a great organisation by helping people do their best work. He's a role model, and my HR hero.
Steve blew me away the first time we met. His honesty, passion and obsession about the power of people in the workplace opened my eyes to the possibilities open to great businesses with great people who work together on a common goal. Steve tells with candour the story of Linked In from start up to IPO. He has engaged audiences at my request from C-Suite to front line employees and inspired them to create environments where best people flourish and create real value. I overheard one employee leaving Steve’s talk saying “I get it…it’s all about people!
If you have a chance to work with Steve Cadigan - for any reason at all - grab it! You will learn a lot. You will enjoy the experience. You will benefit from knowing and working with Steve in ways large and small. And it’s not just about the work. It’s about what kind of person Steve is. Trust me: you want to work with Steve.
I count myself fortunate that after seeing Steve speak at large venue in London, I was able to convince him to spend a few days with my UK business, one day talking talent and digital transformation with my leadership team and the second day holding a series of expert speaker events open to our entire UK organisation. Steve was fantastic in both settings: insightful, incisive, thought-provoking, engaging and an amazing mix of humble and challenging. He drew rave reviews from employees across the business, and I know he has significantly accelerated the change the leadership team is driving.
The BBC asked Steve to come and speak at one of our leadership events this summer. We were attracted by his story of competing for talent in Silicon Valley during a time of massive growth at LinkedIn. His familiarity with both tech industry and people issues made him a great fit for our needs. Steve was relaxed and informal but professional and impactful. He did a great job on the day and was well received by our leaders - who are a discerning audience. Thank you, Steve!
Rob Burnet from Nairobi was first class. His brilliant insights into how to tell powerful stories which really connect people, was hugely useful to me and he made me rethink the whole way we communicate authentically with our customers.
The era of companies getting rich and big and then giving back to repair the damage is over. There won’t be talent nor time for this model. Brands will only be successful if they are on a mission that serves the genuine needs in societies, leveraging the power of people. Myriam’s book explores why and how brands can do this and invites everyone to join. What is at stake in this book is no less than reinventing the role of market economy for social justice.
This sprightly volume introduces Mother Teresa to Mad Men. It shows how product branding, so often maligned, can bring substantial social value.
The best marketing goes way beyond promoting a company’s commercial goals; it connects brands to deeper consumer needs and public good. Myriam Sidibe inspires marketing and business leaders to find that sweet spot between their corporate interests and their purpose. She shows how marketing spending can change the world for the better.
We need more voices from Africa and even more African women leaders that challenge the status quo and contribute to the economic development of the continent. Dr Sidibe’s work is inspiring and gives hope for business models that keep our mothers and children well-being at the heart of the debate.
You managed to do that difficult thing of getting people to think more broadly about their profession, sharing fresh thinking from other companies and weaving this into a stimulating and entertaining narrative – great result!
You were an absolute star turn.
You were fantastic! The levels of enthusiasm, engagement and participation from the audience were unprecedented with this group. I found you insightful, educational, inspirational.
THANK YOU for a great session yesterday - you absolutely nailed it.
You were great! Exactly what we needed. The feedback about you was glowing.
You were the top scoring speaker!
Guin’s inspiring story and presentation exceeded all of our expectations for the day, it was so well prepared and linked perfectly to what we were trying to achieve at corporate level. Guin also was seemless in her delivery, spoke with great passion and conviction that made the hairs stand up on the back of your neck. I also have to thank Guin for the preparation effort she put in to understand our objectives at work and how she could bring in and link our themes into her presentation. I spoke to many of the sales people after the event and words like “inspiring”, “confidence building “, “given me a new level of determination” were commonplace. Our meeting with Guin unfortunately only lasted 3 hours, we could have listened to her all day.
Guin is an inspirational role model, not only as an athlete, but as an active decision maker and leader of sport. Guin throughout her career continues to be a highly active influencer and champion for equality in sport, especially women in sport.
The staff and governors session was a massive hit - the staff are absolutely buzzing this morning. It is really heart warming as a Head to sit in your office (which as you know is right next door to the staff room) on a Friday morning and listen to them talking openly and enthusiastically about how inspirational the meeting was last night. They got a huge amount from your presentation and the messages within and the great things is that 16 hours on, they are now starting to match these with their own roles and responsibilities.

Jude Kelly CBE, CEO and Founder of The WOW Foundation, visited John Laing’s offices to stress the importance of confronting gender based injustice across the globe. Jude highlighted the important roles that both men and women have to play in tackling gender inequality, adding that it is crucial to celebrate progress in women’s rights while acknowledging that there is further progress to be made. She shared startling facts, such as that women were not allowed to sign cheques until 1974 and that, even today, women in the UK at the age of 65 are on average five times poorer than men of a similar age. Jude finished by encouraging her audience to think about what they could do as individuals to have an impact, both at home and in their working lives.
Working with Wavelength and their speakers was really easy. Sarah helped us shortlist a number of different speakers that were suitable for our event. Tokunbo was a great speaker, he listened to our needs about the event and what we wanted to achieve. His delivery was fantastic and we received great feedback on the session. Tokunbo spoke about the importance of embedding a long-term strategy that celebrates difference, of developing a culture of mentoring, championing and sponsorship, and that excellence is everywhere - and how employees should find it and then nurture it.
The Wavelength guys don't offer up glib or easy answers. A chance to learn from the best. Connect is a grown up programme for grown up people. I recommend it highly.
'Inspiration occurs when you meet the world openly... with something on your mind'. I'm at a week-long life-changing immersive trip with Wavelength in Dallas and San Francisco learning from tech and culture firms and leaders - and I'm already planning on taking a ton of things back to WWF-UK. Today & yesterday were Google Cloud Meta on big data and a culture of innovation, plus Steve Cadigan & Barbie Brewer on future of work. The metaverse was a trip!
We have heard amazing feedback so far and people loved his keynote about The Future of Work.
The event went great - Dawn is such an inspiration, she is such a straight talker, so much of what she had to say really resonated with the room and we had such great feedback from our attendees, everyone left feeling empowered. Many thanks to you Sarah Dryden and to Dawn, you were both really engaged from the start, incredibly responsive and all around a pleasure to work with.
Kresse is amazing. Her session was inspiring and engaging. The way she thinks about the world and puts it into practice really tied together all the themes we've learned over the course at Cambridge. I left feeling excited and inspired having seen sustainable leadership in action.
Excellent and inspirational case study full of leadership lessons on sticking to purpose, creativity, determination, etc. Great honesty throughout.
Definitely the best session of both weeks. Incredible talent for storytelling. Strong narrative with an amazing personal journey. Very focused and inspiring session.
Drew was brilliant. We had an audience of 100, mostly small building companies who were very sceptical of a head teacher talking for two hours. All loved the session and felt they would take positive information back into their business. I would highly recommend him!
Dave did a thorough job of understanding ADCB journey towards Service Excellence, where we were, and what our ambition is. Dave tailored his speech in line with ADCB’s Service Ambition and illustrated the service road map beautifully to the audience. His speech was a catalyst that has reignited our leaders passion for service excellence, which is clearly evidenced by the increase in the number of change initiatives that have been kicked off and successfully implemented since the event. Would definitely recommend Dave as a speaker to help put to the customers and the employees back at the top of the agenda where it always belongs.
The session you held with the senior management of Nissan Europe was probably the best I have ever experienced. Why do I say this? Simply because you delivered something you passionately believed in, resonating soundly through your many years of credible experience and underlined by a clear link to commercial performance. You didn’t spout consultancy theory; you just delivered a message you believed in. You certainly jarred everyone in my team to think again. It goes without saying the delivery was first class.
Dave Ridley has been the only speaker I have seen that truly gets both what it means and what it takes to transform an organization culture to one that is employee and customer centric. His depth of ‘real-life’ insight is what separates Dave from the crowd and his recommendations are genuinely implementable. Don’t miss the opportunity to learn from Dave Ridley – there is no one better.
We weren’t quite sure how Dave would stack up to the “star power” of our previous keynotes (General Colin Powell; Jack Welch; Rudy Giuliani). Turns out, he was better…he’s been rated by our leaders as our best speaker yet! Dave’s warm and humble approach, backed up by his hands-on experience, knowledge and indisputable track record of success made him a credible source of inspiration who reinforced our message of being “people first” in a way that is both powerful and real.
Dave’s remarks at our Top 100 Executive retreat were so well received that we asked him to be the keynote at our annual Top Performers Awards Event in Cancun two months later. His passion for, and experience in, building and sustaining a world class service culture came through loud and clear. He is a compelling and authentic communicator.
Insightful and provocative – David has given our organisation a lot to consider.
Fantastic presentation by David and the interactive building experience worked very well. It is a great idea to have guest speakers coming along to highlight best practices and mindsets adopted in other firms that we can consider in our roles.
I found the guest speaker [David] to be the highlight of the conference. Some of the information presented was information I could use day to day with my job. Thanks!
By far the best of these types of session I have ever attended … the … input (David from Lego) made it very interesting but also relevant.
Catherine joined as a keynote speaker on one of our webinars. She is a truly engaging presenter and positioned her advice and knowledge perfectly to the audience. Catherine has been a brilliant to support to Bupa UK Insurance and we look forward to continuing to work together.
Catherine made a great impression on our leadership team. She was a true professional and kept the audience engaged in a thought-provoking and easy-to-follow session.
It’s clear that she is an expert and took the time to listen to our needs to make the session a huge success.
Catherine is an outstanding speaker. I still feel inspired when I recall her talk to the whole of Sky Sports. She knew her subject inside out, made it extremely relevant and left us feeling empowered. She has unique qualities which have an immediate and lasting impact on her audience.
What an amazing session on how to make the workplace and teams more inclusive. Just brilliant. There was nothing left unsaid. Great session Catherine. Thank you.
Dan Cobley was a keynote speaker at FT Live's fDi Forum and was a huge hit with our attendees - providing just the right context for subsequent discussions at the event and kicking things off for us with a relevant, insightful and energetic presentation. We were thrilled with what he brought to the event.
Your own participation received one of the two highest ratings for the Summit overall at 4.23 out of 5, together with much very favourable written and verbal feedback. On behalf of Fidelity International I would like to thank you sincerely for your significant contribution towards making this year’s Summit a success.
Thank you for doing such a masterful job with the panel this morning. It’s always tough to bring four disparate voices together, but your preparation, skills and knowledge shone through.
Wavelength strongly believe in the democratisation of access to leadership education and actively encourage participants from the not-for-profit, charity and public sectors to join our programmes.
