How do you stay strong when things don’t go as you plan? As CEO of Countrywide, the UK’s leading listed residential and commercial property business, Alison led a customer focused change programme. She talks candidly about the challenges she faced and about paying the ultimate cost. Six years on she talks about how to survive – and thrive.

Having moved into the board room, Alison has been party to the transformation of the world’s third largest retailer Tesco and its strategy through the Covid-19 crisis. Working closely with the boards and CEO’s she is involved with, she continues to bring her exceptional leadership perspectives to the fore.
