Biography

Before founding With Irada, she led organisational development at Microsoft, driving large-scale leadership and culture programmes across diverse markets. Her background spans engineering, people operations and executive leadership, giving her a unique ability to bridge analytical and human perspectives.
Irada’s work is rooted in the understanding that leadership today is about designing adaptive systems, those that integrate human and machine intelligence while keeping empathy and ethics at their core.
