Nishma is also the CEO and Founder of The Glittersphere, a platform created to unlock the power of female creators, leaders, and entrepreneurs. Through this work, she fosters collaboration, elevates purpose-led brands, and champions inclusive innovation.
In addition to her creative leadership, Nishma serves as President of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership) and the History of Advertising Trust—following advertising legends such as Keith Weed and Sir John Hegarty. She is a Fellow of both the IPA and The Marketing Society, and is widely recognised for her contributions to shaping a more inclusive, impactful industry.
