Sally Henderson has spent more than 26 years in the room with C-suite leaders and executive teams, guiding them through their highest-stakes moments.
As the creator of High-Stakes Leadership Mentoring® and The REAL Method®, she works across FTSE businesses, financial services, FMCG, media, marketing, and technology. Earlier in her career, Sally founded and ran a successful executive search firm before building the global mentoring practice she leads today.
