Jessica runs Wavelength Connect, our year-long leadership development programme, overseeing all aspects from the curriculum of speakers, the design of each individual event, and ensuring the programme drives maximum application and impact. She also oversees the Wavelength brand, finances and governance, and Wavelength’s great people.
Jessica began her career as a set and costume designer in the theatre having studied Drama at Manchester University and Design at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, before transferring her skills and vision to the Events industry. She designed productions for Hampstead Theatre, London, Hull Truck Theatre Company, Royal Academy of Music, London, and the Edinburgh Fringe, amongst others.
In February 2019, Jessica was invited to become a Fellow of the RSA (Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce).
