Gary Keogh’s 27-year global marketing career in two FTSE100 and two family-owned businesses includes 11 years on various boards, gaining knowledge, skills and insights navigating the complexities of the business world. His international experience extends to over 67 countries leading over 500 colleagues and managing marquee brands and business units with turnovers exceeding £250m, investing tens of millions in marketing investment delivering positive return on investment.

He holds an MBA from the University of Bath and a Masters (MSc) in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. His recent Masters dissertation explored six decades of empirical evidence on psychological safety in workplaces and his own pioneering research.
