Each year, October provides us with a significant opportunity to look back on the Connect journey.
70 leaders from sectors as diverse as banking, financial services, energy, data and technology, infrastructure, charities, housing, healthcare and more. Rarely in your career will you get the chance to learn from and with such a diverse group of exceptional leaders.
The question we get asked most is, what is it that makes Connect so different?
The best way for us to describe it is: its not a course, or a classroom, but a living breathing community who learn together, challenge each other and grow together – through real-world exposure to organisations outside of their own.
Connect is an incredible journey that builds. Piece by piece leaders start to craft their own personal leadership vision, inspired by the real life stories shard by leaders from some of the world’s most admired organisations. Its deeply personal, and incredibly inspiring. As a result, it stays with leaders for years to come, providing a springboard to leadership success.

Participants hear from an incredible line up of speakers and carefully selected Behind the Brand visits designed to provide immersive learning experiences on leadership challenges that range from customer obsession, innovation, culture, purposeful leadership and sustainability.
We bring the outside world in, with exposure to over thirty seasoned leaders from world class organisations including Apple, Meta, Lego, Ikea, Marks and Spencer, Tik Tok, Pret a Manager, Netflix, Black Rock, AllSaints, Timpson, the Samaritans, the FA, AC Milan, the RAF, Eden Project and so many more.
Wavelength Connect helps leaders to shape their own personal leadership vision and expand their thinking so that they are equipped to deal with the challenges they are facing – from AI governance and technology disruption to geopolitical volatility and beyond.
