Can I refer people from within my organisation?
We invite you to nominate up to three leaders from outside your organisation. This is because selecting participants, speakers or host company opportunities within your organisation is typically the responsibility of your CPO, CEO or Talent Development Leader and they are likely to have processes already in place for this or already be in discussion about such opportunities. The purpose of this referral programme is to broaden the network of inspiring leaders building leadership capability for the future. Because we believe in connectivity and cross-sector learning opportunities. Its the lifeblood of our business and how we continue to be able to offer such incredible experiences and access to so many brilliant leaders, experts and speakers. We encourage you to be a a part of this community because it will benefit your leadership for years to come..
Is there a cost to join the Referral Circle?
No. The Referral Circle is an exclusive, invitation-only community. Your year long free membership access is unlocked as our thank you once one of your referrals results in a new Wavelength partnership or participant.
How will I know if my referral is successful?
