Catherine is the founder of Compelling Culture and author of Conscious Inclusion: How to ‘do’ EDI one decision at a time. She previously led Sky to become the Most Inclusive Employer in the UK, achieving significant diversity improvements across teams. Now, as a consultant, her clients are seeing measurable impact within 18 months.
Her work spans industries including media, FMCG, telecoms, financial services, and healthcare. She helps organisations implement accessible holidays, introduce board associate roles, remove barriers to mortgages, embed consumer duty, and connect inclusion strategies to regulatory frameworks.
