Ten years ago, Scott founded the Boom! He now powers up global brands and agencies to Unblock, Unlock and Unleash cultural, commercial and creative impact. At pace.
Working with what he calls Boom! Leaders has led to impactful outcomes for his clients including ELTs and SLTs at ITV, Red Bull, Lloyds, Nike, Unilever and F1. His frameworks and toolkits are deliberately simple and actionable and form the backbone of his keynotes.
Scott has been recognised 3 times as one of Britain’s 50 most influential Black men by Powerlist UK, co-authored the Amazon best-seller ‘Creative Superpowers’, is a former signed music producer with Defected Records and is a non-executive Director for the British Fashion Council.
He has been a regular commentator on business and marketing appearing on or in the BBC, Financial Times, The Sunday Times Business and various industry platforms.
