How bespoke is bespoke?

Completely. Every programme starts with your brief, your audience and your challenges. We then design the right mix of organisations, speakers, visits and facilitated sessions around what your leaders need to think differently about.

What size of team do you work with?

Typically 8-25 leaders per programme, though the format depends on the brief. We can design for executive boards, intact leadership teams, senior talent cohorts or cross-functional groups.

Can we combine multiple destinations or formats?

Yes. Some clients want a focused one-day UK immersion. Others build multi-module journeys combining visits, speakers, dinners, workshops and international experiences over several months.

What is the investment?

It depends on the design. A one-day UK immersion is very different from a multi-day international programme. Once we understand your brief, we will scope the right format and talk transparently about investment.

How far in advance do we need to plan?

We recommend allowing 3-4 months where possible, especially for programmes involving host organisations, travel or multiple contributors. Some simpler programmes can move faster once the brief is clear.
