Adrian managed to engage the entire team spellbound for about 90 minutes with fascinating case studies from Silicon Valley, Asia, Europe and other markets. His stories are awesome, his insights fascinating and his presentation very energetic. He helped us to connect the dots between banking to biotech to robotics to space, and took us on a roller-coaster ride through different industries and countries. I would highly recommend Adrian as a motivational speaker at corporate meetings, customer presentations and strategy offsites – he is guaranteed to send pulses racing and get ideas bubbling!

Adrian’s presentation to my top team was truly excellent. He speaks with such authority, gravitas and insight about the key issues in leadership and business - service, innovation, disruption and resilience. The content is like nothing else - I've never worked with a presenter that has so many brilliant stories and examples from a who's who of the world's best businesses. Our people came away inspired and privileged in equal measure to have got so much insight from so many iconic brands.

The delivery also worked fantastically well and transferred seamlessly from stage to online (using our own internal virtual classroom platform via Google). The slides and content bring the whole thing to life and Adrian's passion and engagement get people hooked. If anything, the virtual setting works even better as it feels more intimate and enables people to engage and debate rather than just watch - which is perfect for this subject.
